A coaching platform that needed coaches to sign up. We made the content the reason they do.
Situation, task, action, result. The same four questions we ask before every engagement.
Coacheey is a coaching platform. Growing it means two things: getting more coaches to sign up, and bringing traffic to the site so those coaches meet potential clients.
Recruiting coaches is the harder half. A platform asking an independent coach to join has to answer one question first: what do I get out of this, today?
So we built the answer into the offer. A coach who joins gets a set of professional reels of their own, produced for them, theirs to post. The value lands immediately, before the platform has delivered a single client.
The second job runs in the same motion: each coach already has an audience, and content published on their accounts pulls that audience back toward the platform. One production line, two objectives.
Each coach gets the same engineered set, built around their own expertise. A hero presentation video that introduces who they are and what they do. Tip videos in their specific field, which is where their credibility actually lives. And lighter, funnier videos that travel further and carry the rest.
Seven to nine videos per coach is a deliberate number. It is enough to alternate posting across accounts without the feed repeating itself, and enough that the coach has real inventory rather than a sample.
It runs across three disciplines so far: breathwork with Anna, yoga and pilates with Micaela, and boxing with Jay. Same structure each time, different expertise inside it.
15 videos delivered so far across two coaches, with a third set in production.
On the coach side the early signal is Micaela: 100 followers and 3,000 views inside her first three posts.
Platform-level numbers, coaches signed since launch and traffic to the site, sit with Coacheey and get added here once they are shared. We publish results we can show.
