I didn't start with an agency. I started with an account.
I'm Reda. Before Squared Studio existed, there was RedaVibez — my own account, talking about finance and business for a Moroccan audience. No team, no budget, no shortcuts: just a system I kept refining video after video.
Six months later the account had gone from 0 to 100K followers. Not one euro of ads. Today it sits at 140K followers and more than 20 million views, built on three formats I engineered one by one: prove the hook works, then use it to borrow audiences, then use it to build a real bond with the people watching. What I learned building it is the foundation of everything the studio does: growth isn't luck and isn't talent. It's benchmarks, engineered hooks, a filming rhythm you never break, and reading the numbers every week. Reverse-engineered, not guessed.
Why I do this
Luxembourg is full of people who are exceptional at what they do — founders, executives, experts — and invisible online. Their clients scroll LinkedIn and Instagram every day and never see them. Meanwhile, whoever shows up on camera consistently becomes the reference in the niche, whether or not they're the best at the job.
Expertise deserves distribution. The best in their field shouldn't lose to the loudest.
Most experts don't have 10 hours a week to become creators — and they shouldn't need to. That's the studio's whole reason to exist: I turned the system I proved on my own account into a machine anyone can plug into. You bring the expertise and 4 hours a month. How I work
