One 45-minute breathwork class in London ended her corporate plan. A 500-hour training started the month after.
Situation, task, action, result. The same four questions we ask before every engagement.
Anna had the corporate path mapped out, leadership and organisational psychology, until a 45-minute breathwork class in London took the whole plan apart. She started a 500-hour training in conscious connected breathing the month after.
Seven years later she has worked with people across six countries. As a coach on the Coacheey platform, none of that was visible anywhere.
Breathwork has a credibility problem with people who have never tried it: it sounds like relaxation, and it is closer to a therapeutic tool. Content had to show the mechanism, not sell the feeling.
And it had to reach the people who actually come looking. In Luxembourg, the single most common reason is burnout.
Two formats. Technique videos that each teach exactly one thing and explain why it works physiologically: box breathing before a high-stakes moment, doubling the exhale to slow the heart rate, three exercises for anxiety. Each is usable immediately, which is what makes someone save it.
Then interview clips, where she answers the questions people actually arrive with. Why women come. Why most people wait until the body has started failing. What made her leave corporate at all. Slower, more personal, and the reason someone books rather than just saves.
Nine videos delivered across the two formats.
Anna’s reels are delivered but not published yet, so there is no result to report. This section gets written once the account starts posting and real numbers exist. We do not publish results we cannot show.
