Who we are
Squared Studio [legal form and registration details to be completed], established in Luxembourg, operates this website. For any privacy question or request: hello@squaredstudio.lu .
What data we collect
- Booking data. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you provide (name, email, and anything you write in the booking form) and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to their processing.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the exchange for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship.
- Nothing else. This website sets no cookies of its own and currently runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Third-party services on this site
- Calendly (booking widget) — loads from calendly.com and processes booking data as described above.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers; your browser transmits your IP address to Google to fetch them.
Why we process your data
To respond to your booking or message, prepare and deliver our services, and meet legal obligations (contract performance and legitimate interest under GDPR art. 6).
How long we keep it
Booking and correspondence data is kept for the duration of our exchange and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus applicable legal retention periods. We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to hello@squaredstudio.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
