The account the Squared Studio system was built on, and the proof it worked before it was ever sold.
Situation, task, action, result. The same four questions we ask before every engagement.
Years of study and work across several countries, and no audience to show for any of it. The decision was to create in parallel with the job, not instead of it, with one purpose: bring real education to Moroccan youth.
It started as a 30-day challenge with no fixed format. A business that failed. Living abroad versus staying home. Whether to move back to Morocco at all. Then a video explaining a financial concept, which became the first one to go viral.
That video was the signal. The audience did not want the diary. It wanted the teaching.
The goal was never to make one good video. It was to appear in the maximum number of feeds with the same recognisable pattern, so that the account became memorable through repetition rather than novelty.
That set two hard constraints. It had to hold for months, not weeks. And it had to run alongside a full-time job, which meant the system mattered more than the inspiration.
Doubling down on what worked produced Broken Concepts: a repeatable template with fixed branding, taking a complicated financial or psychological concept and simplifying it until someone with no background in the subject could follow it. Same structure every time, so the format itself became the signature.
Then the production was industrialised. Scripts and filming were batched a week at a time, which is far more efficient than filming and editing something every day. Editing was outsourced to keep the finish consistently high and to keep personal hours on the two things that actually move the result: the script and the delivery.
Then it ran. Consistently, across four months.
The account passed 100K followers in 6 months and 5 days. One month later it was at 120K. A month after that, 143K, where it sits today, with more than 20 million views and zero spent on ads.
Several videos passed a million views each. Not because of any single creative stroke: a predictable system produced quality at volume, aimed at one specific niche. That is the whole mechanism, and it is the same one Squared Studio now runs for clients.
