Before selling a content system to anyone, I ran it on myself. RedaVibez — finance and business content for a Moroccan audience — went from 0 to 100K followers in 6 months with €0 ad spend, built on three engineered formats. The account now sits at 140K followers and 20M+ total views. This is what worked, in order, and what transfers to clients.
I didn't come from media, and I didn't grow this account on instinct. From the first video, I treated content like a system: niche benchmarks, engineered formats, weekly data reads. No posting on vibes.
Format 1: Broken Concepts — prove the hook works
The first format took finance and business concepts and broke them down with a hook in the first two seconds. Nothing was filmed until the hook was written. That discipline — the answer opens with the hook, or the clip doesn't exist — is what made short-form work at all. Broken Concepts validated it: the format carried the account's first growth wave.
Format 2: Broken Business — borrow audiences, monetize
Once the hook-first format was proven, I pointed it at businesses: teardowns of real companies, what they do well, where they leak. Businesses noticed. Teardowns turned into paid collaborations — and each collaboration put the account in front of the business's own audience. Growth and monetization from the same format.
Format 3: The Intelligent Storytime — build the bond
Reach without trust doesn't sell. The third format shared life stories through the lens of my experience — personal, specific, still hook-first. Storytime built the parasocial bond that turns viewers into people who buy from you, reply to you, and recommend you.
What this proves (and what it doesn't)
It proves the system: niche benchmarks → engineered formats → hook-first delivery → consistent publishing → read the data weekly → double down on what performs. It doesn't prove that every account grows this fast. Niches differ, and anyone promising you 100K in 6 months is guessing. What compounds reliably is the process, not a specific number.
What transfers to clients
- The teardown before the questions. For one client engagement we analyzed 31 videos with 28M+ combined views in their niche before writing a single interview question.
- Hook-first interview architecture. Clients don't script; they answer engineered questions whose answers naturally open with hooks.
- The data read. Monthly reports in plain numbers: views, saves, follower growth, and what we double down on next month.
- The rhythm. 5 posts a week, every week. That cadence, not any single video, is the asset.
